Unconditional leaders will, of course, bulbous and finely bulbous culture.

Tulips

Choosing the right varieties, we will be able to extend the flowering of tulips from April to the end of may.

The very first (in mid – late April) bloom Botanical tulips, followed by simple and Terry early.

By mid-may, Darwinian hybrids, lilies, parrots and fringed tulips are showing us their beauty. Later blooming and double-flowered varieties.

Plant tulips in large groups (10-15 pieces) with different flowering period, so you get a big bright color spot — a spring bouquet in the flower garden.

Narcissuses

These delicate aromatic plants will not leave anyone indifferent. They can be planted in flower beds, in large groups on the lawn, in tree trunks around the trees, as well as in compositions with tulips and hyacinths.

Note that daffodils are simple and Terry, one-and multi-color, pure color or two-color (petals and crown of different shades).

Hyacinths

Exude a magical Oriental flavor and have a very bright color. Look great in large groups (10-20 pieces). The main rule – planted hyacinths in a protected, quiet, well-heated place without stagnation of water.

You can put together white, blue, blue and purple varieties — get a beautiful composition, built on the nuance of color. If you want bright colors, choose red, purple and blue-violet tones. And if you need delicate, watercolor shades, your choice – yellow, blue and salmon.

Small onion crops

Among them the most popular are crocuses (Botanical and large-flowered), Scilla siberica, Puschkinia, Chionodoxa, Fritillaria meleagris and Muscari armeniacum. These bright kids bloom very early – in April or early may — and mark the arrival of spring.

Place the planting of small-leaved plants in rocky gardens, along the edge of flower beds, in the tree trunks around large trees, next to compact or creeping conifers. In one place they can grow without transplanting more than 5 years, forming a dense curtain.

Decorative bows

They create a festive atmosphere in the garden, as their large inflorescences (for example, like a giant onion) resemble balloons landed in flower beds. Onion Molly, on the contrary, has a low growth and very delicate inflorescences.

Allium sphaerocephalon and Allium caeruleum will be appropriate for planting when creating natural mixborders, and Allium aflatunense will decorate the rockery or the front edge of the flower garden. In turn, Állium schoenoprásum is a bright spring accent in the ornamental garden.
