Delicious Salad With Salmon And Apple

All readers of the site are invited to use our recipe and prepare this light salad with a very delicate taste. A layer of grated sweet and sour Apple and salted salmon give it a special zest. The salad looks very festive and is just perfect for a new year’s table. You won’t need much time to prepare it. The main secret of its taste-the filling should be well soaked, so we recommend to prepare a dish on the eve of the holiday. Have a delicious meal and Bon appetit!

Ever need:

  • 300 g lightly salted salmon,
  • 2 bulbs,
  • 3 medium potatoes,
  • 2 green sweet and sour apples,
  • 150 g semi-hard cheese,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 150 ml mayonnaise,
  • vegetable oil for frying.

For decoration:

  • red caviar,
  • cherry tomatoes, lemon.

Preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes in the skin. Then cool it, peel and grate on a large grater. Eggs also boil, cool and grate separately whites and yolks.

2. Peel the onion and finely chop it. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the onion until Golden brown. Then fold it on a sieve or put on a napkin to stack the excess fat.

3. Cut the salmon into small pieces, transfer to the onion and mix. Grate the cheese on a large grater.

4. Peel the apples, remove the core with the seeds, then grate on a large grater, sprinkle with lemon and squeeze.

5. Spread the salad on the dish in layers, smearing each layer with a thin layer of mayonnaise: salmon with onions-potatoes-apples-cheese-whites-yolks and a little cheese.

Ready salad cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator overnight. Before serving, garnish with red caviar.
