Wash the green potato tubers well and grate them together with the peel. Peel the potatoes, rinse well, pour cold water so that it completely covers the raw material, and cook until tender. Use a warm decoction for compresses on the affected areas and take it inside 3 times a day for 0.5 cups. The course lasts 3-4 weeks.

You can also make tinctures from flowers or potato sprouts. These remedies are poisonous, they can only be used externally! Tinctures have an analgesic effect; for pain in the joints and spine, they should be rubbed into the sore spot before going to bed and immediately then well wrapped up.

  • Tincture of potato flowers

Fill the bottle to the top with potato flowers (without tamping), pour vodka, seal, insist in a dark place at room temperature for 10 days, strain.
