Preparation

  1. For the dough, beat 250 g of sour cream with 150 g of sugar, then mix with salt, soda and flour. Add cocoa to half of the dough. Remove in the cold for 1 hour.
  2. Divide the dough into 8 parts, roll each into a layer, cut out the cakes and bake them (3 minutes at 190 °C).
  3. For the cream, beat the remaining sour cream with sugar. Miss the cakes and, alternating dark and light, put on top of each other. Leave for 2 hours at room temperature, then remove to the cold for 3 hours.
  4. Cut into cubes, decorate as desired.

2. Fancy gingerbread

Ingredients:

  • 100 g butter
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 230 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Beat the butter with the sugar and egg. Sift the flour with baking powder, ginger and cinnamon on top. Knead the dough and put it in the cold for 40 minutes.
  2. Then roll out, cut out the figures and bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
  3. Rub the powder with lemon juice and the resulting glaze to decorate the gingerbread.

3. “The cabin” of biscuits

  • 200 g of biscuits
  • 2 egg whites
  • 500 g powdered sugar
  • colored glaze, candied fruits, coconut shavings for decoration

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath. Put in a bag, cut off the corner and put on 20 biscuits thin strips in the form of a lattice. Let the chocolate harden.
  2. Beat the whites, gradually adding powdered sugar to get a thick glaze. Apply a little of it on the remaining biscuits. Glue the walls and roofs of houses, collect houses.

4. “Stars” on the Christmas tree

  • 150 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 40 g of powdered sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 15 small lollipops

Preparation

  1. Sift flour with baking powder, powdered sugar and chop with butter. Add 1-2 tablespoons of ice water and knead the dough. Remove in the cold for 40 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough, cut out the “stars”. In the center of each place a Lollipop.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Make holes in the cookies, thread ribbons through them and hang them on the Christmas tree.

  • 300g white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Melt honey with butter. Beat the yolks with the powder and combine with the cooled honey mixture.
  2. Sift the flour with salt, baking powder and spices on top, knead the dough. Remove in the cold for 1 hour.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut out the “stars”. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Melt the chocolate and grease them with “stars”.
  5. Collect the “Christmas tree”.

6. Chocolate cake

Ingredients:

  • 150 g butter
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g of honey
  • 6 eggs
  • 150 g of bitter chocolate
  • pinch of salt
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and baking powder
  • 150g orange jam
  • 50 g powdered sugar

Preparation:

  1. Beat butter with vanilla sugar. Gradually add the honey and yolks, combine with the melted chocolate.
  2. Whisk the whites with salt. Sift the flour with cinnamon and baking powder on a warm chocolate-honey mass. Put the whites on top and mix quickly.
  3. Pour the dough into the form and bake for 1 hour at 180 °C.
  4. Let the cake cool and cut into 3 layers. Smear them with jam, then put them back on top of each other. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
