Vitamin Tinctures With Rowan

Unlike these perishable forms that require daily preparation, alcoholic tinctures based on medicinal plants are not only highly effective, but can also be stored for a long time (up to several years).

Of course, we should not forget that not everyone can use such tools. It is not recommended to give alcohol tinctures to children, pregnant and lactating women. If you have severe chronic diseases, consult your doctor before using these medications. If several ingredients (berries, herbs, honey) are used to prepare the tincture, consider the contraindications to the use of each of them. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

  • Vitamin tincture with Rowan and honey

Mix 0.5 cups of fresh crushed rowan berries, 1 tablespoon of fresh crushed rowan leaves and 2 teaspoons of honey. Pour the mixture of 0.5 liters of vodka, clog, insist in a dark place at room temperature for a week, shaking daily. Strain, take as a vitamin, restorative and immunostimulating agent 2-3 times a day after meals, 1 teaspoon.

  • Vitamin tincture with Rowan and cranberries

Mix the rowan and cranberry berries taken in equal parts (you can use fresh or frozen). mix 1 cup of the mixture with 3 tablespoons of honey and pour 0.5 liters of vodka. Seal, infuse in a dark place at room temperature for a month, shaking regularly. Strain, take 3-4 times a day for 1 dessert spoon as a tonic and vitamin remedy.

  • Vitamin tincture with mountain ash, rosehip and black currant

For its preparation, you can use dried, frozen or fresh raw materials. Mix rowan berries, blackcurrant berries and rosehip fruits in a ratio of 1:1:2. Pour 0.5 liters of vodka into a glass of collection, clog, insist in a dark place at room temperature for 10 days, strain, squeeze out the raw materials. Take with beriberi and as a tonic 3 times a day before meals for 30-40 drops of tincture.
