How we harvest?
Most of the grass is harvested during the period from budding to the end of flowering.
For harvesting roots and rhizomes dug in late autumn or early spring.
Clean the plants fresh, not withered (in the evening – before the dew or in the morning after its descent).
Clean only in dry weather and after the plants dry from dew or rain.
Collection of raw materials is carried out according to the part of the plant to be cleaned: flowers – almost blossomed, but not wilted; leaves and stems – mainly before the flowering of flowers; fruits – at the time of maturity; roots – in spring or autumn.
The time of collection of spicy-aromatic plants should be timed to the time of the maximum content of essential oils in them.
The collected plants are placed on parchment as possible looser or suspended in bundles.
Undesirable different types of laying in one volume (pouch, box, bank).
Do not leave the grass for a long time in a vessel with a small volume.
