3 group: Small-cupped
Pros: from Narcissus poeticus they inherited abundant flowering and delicate fragrance; bloom after Trumpet and Large-cupped. They reproduce well.
Cons: the size of stems and flowers are medium-sized; in snowy winters require shelter in the middle lane.

Narcissus garden variety ‘ Audubon’
The variety was created in 1955, originator G. E. Mitsch.
Peduncle up to 40 cm Flower diameter of 10 cm, two-color: perianth green and white, yellow crown, with a bright orange-pink edge.
Narcissus garden variety ‘ Barret Brownung’
Variety created before 1945, the original J. W. A. Lefeber.
Peduncle up to 40 cm Flower diameter 9.0-9.5 cm, two-color: white perianth, crown dark orange, with orange-red edges.
Interesting: the share of this variety in industrial cultivation in England is 1%, Holland — 4% (data on A. Thompson).
Narcissus garden variety ‘Rockall’
Grade established 1955, is the originator of J. L. Richardson.
Stems with a height of 40-45 cm. Flower diameter 11 cm, two-color: perianth greenish-white crown bright orange-red.
Application: Small-cupped daffodils in demand for cottages in different spring compositions, containers; good vase life.
Group 4: Double
Pros: great original shape of the flower, interesting in different colors, on one peduncle 1-4 flower.
Cons: Double daffodils are more capricious: they are demanding to the conditions of growth: with sharp fluctuations in temperature, lack of heat they do not bloom; in snowy winters require shelter in the middle lane.

Narcissus garden variety ‘Cheerfullness’
Old variety: created before 1923, original by J. B. van der Schoot.
Peduncle C 3-4 flowers, height 35-40 cm Flower diameter 4 cm, in the form of a miniature rose, with cream-white perianth shares, which alternate with bright yellow crown outgrowths, with a strong aroma.
Narcissus garden variety ‘Rip van Winkle’
The origin is unknown, but on sale this variety can go as a Narcissus minor subsp. pumilus ‘Plenus’, Narcissus pumilus ‘Plenus’.
Peduncle up to 15 cm Flower diameter up to 5 cm, in the form of dandelion inflorescence, with bright yellow pointed perianth lobes.
Narcissus hybrid variety ‘Tahiti’
Grade established 1956, is the originator of J. L. Richardson.
Peduncle height 40 cm Flower diameter 10.5 cm, also in the form of a miniature rose, with bright yellow perianth lobes, which alternate with orange-red crown outgrowths.
Application: Double daffodils are rarely used in spring flower beds because of their capriciousness.
5 group: Triandrus
Pros: created on the basis of Narcissus triandrus, taking from him immunity and decorative qualities. Flowers of unusual shape with a pleasant aroma. Peduncle with 2-6 drooping flowers.
Cons: the choice of colors is small-yellow and white; in snowy winters require shelter not only in the middle lane, but in the southern regions too.

Narcissus garden variety ‘ Thalia’
Historical grade created in 1916, the originator Heirloom.
Spike many-flowered, height 35-40 cm. The flower is monophonic (white), elegant, fragrant, 10-15 cm in diameter.
Narcissus garden cultivar ‘Hawera’
An interesting variety created before 1928, the original W. M. Thomson.
Peduncle c 4-6 flowers, with a height of 15-17 (in open ground) and 30-35 cm (in pots in the greenhouse). Flower diameter 2.5 cm, solid (light yellow), Cup-shaped crown.
Narcissus garden variety ‘Tresamble’
Variety created in 1930, the originator p. D. Williams.

6 group: Cyclamineus
Pros: created on the basis of Narcissus cyclamineus. Their small flowers of unusual shape are exquisite: the perianth lobes are strongly bent back, a very long narrow tube. Flowering friendly, long. Propagated well.
Cons: the flowers are only yellow; bulbs become shallow over time; not only in the middle lane, in the snowy winters require shelter, but in the southern regions too.

Narcissus garden variety ‘Baby Dole’
Spectacular variety created in 1957, originators M. P. Williams, G. Zandbergen-Terwegen.
Peduncle up to 30 cm Flower diameter 7.5 cm, almost monochrome: perianth bright yellow crown orange-yellow with a corrugated edge.
Narcissus garden variety ‘Jetfire’
Elegant variety created in 1966, original G. E. Mitsch.
Durable peduncle up to 30 cm Flower diameter 7.5 cm, two-color: perianth bright yellow, crown bright orange, with a corrugated edge.
Narcissus garden variety ‘Jumblie’
Miniature grade established until 1952, is the originator of A. Gray.
Durable peduncle up to 10 cm. Flower diameter of 3.5-4 cm, almost plain: yellow perianth, orange-yellow crown, with a slightly wavy edge.
Application: Cyclamineus daffodils are interesting for spring flower beds, group plantings, miniature varieties — for rockery.
