1. Chocolate cupcake with almonds and dried fruits
Ever need:
- 600 g flour,
- 150 g ground almonds,
- 200 g of sugar,
- 2 bags of baking powder,
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder,
- 1 tablespoon of any spice mix if desired,
- 75 g of chopped nuts and dried fruits,
- 375 ml of milk,
- 125 g of honey,
- 150 ml vegetable oil,
- 150 g of bitter chocolate,
- 1 tablespoon of butter.
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to + 180°C. mix the Flour with almonds, sugar, baking powder, cocoa powder, spices, nuts and dried fruits.
- Heat the milk, put the honey and over a low heat, with constant stirring, dissolve it. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Gradually add the milk and honey to the flour mixture, pour in the vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
- Put the dough in a greased form, flatten and place in the oven for 1 hour. Carefully transfer the finished cake to the grill and let it cool completely.
- Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath. Mix with butter and cover with the resulting icing cake. You can decorate with anise stars.
2. Poppy seed roll with raisins
Ever need:
- 30 g of yeast,
- 60 g of sugar,
- 400 g flour,
- 1 pinch of salt,
- 2 eggs,
- 140 g butter,
- 2 packages of confectionery oil,
- 125 ml of milk,
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
- 50 g of raisins,
- 50 g ground hazelnuts.
Preparation:
- Crumble the yeast, mix with sugar and 200 ml of warm water. Add flour, salt, 1 egg, 90 g of melted butter and knead the dough. Cover it with a clean towel and place it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Heat the milk without bringing to a boil. Pour it over the poppy seeds, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Add 50 g of butter, cinnamon, raisins and ground hazelnuts. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- Roll out the dough in the form of a rectangle, put half of the resulting filling on it in an even layer and wrap the edges to the middle. Then lay out the remaining filling and fold again. Leave on for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to +200°C. bake the Roll for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let cool. If desired, you can cover the finished roll with white lipstick and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
3. A gourmet dessert made of milk with rum and cranberries
Ever need:
- 500 ml of milk,
- 2 eggs,
- 10 g vanilla sugar,
- 4 egg yolks,
- 100 g of sugar,
- 50ml white rum,
- 100g white chocolate,
- 250 ml cream,
- zest of 1 orange,
- 50 g dried cranberries,
- 50 g rice balls,
- 50 g dried apricots.
Preparation:
- Cover a deep rectangular shape with cling film. Boil the milk with vanilla sugar. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat all 6 yolks with sugar and rum in a hot bath until creamy.
- Pour, stirring, vanilla milk (but do not boil). Melt the chocolate in a hot water bath and mix it with the cream. Move the bowl of cream to a container of cold water and beat the cream until it cools.
- Finely chop the cranberries and dried apricots. Beat the whites and cream separately into a strong foam. Mix the cream with the cream first, then the whites. Add zest, cranberries, dried apricots.

Preparation:
- In a saucepan, pour the milk, put the butter and heat to 60°C. Put the honey, remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Add the beaten egg yolks, spices, both types of sifted flour and soda. Knead the dough well.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. roll out the Dough into a layer 1 cm thick, cut out animal figures with horns, place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.

- 50 ml of milk,
- 2 eggs,
- 250 g flour,
- 1 sachet of dry yeast,
- 100 g of sugar,
- grated zest of 1 lemon,
- 0.5 teaspoons of salt,
- 50 g of margarine.
For the filling:
- 2/3 Cup milk,
- 100 g of poppy,
- 50 g dried apricots,
- 2 tablespoons butter,
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs,
- 100 g of sugar,
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon,
- grated zest and juice of 1/2 orange.
Preparation:
- Heat the oven to +200°C. beat the Eggs with warm milk. Mix the flour, enter the yeast, add sugar, salt and grated lemon zest. Knead a soft dough. Cover and remove to a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Soak dried apricots. Boil the milk and put the poppy seeds, cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Put the poppy on a sieve. Finely chop the dried apricots. Mix the crackers with the softened butter. Mix the rest of the filling ingredients.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangular layer, distribute the filling on it and roll it into a roll. Then put the ring in a greased round cake pan, the ends are carefully connected. Bake for 40 minutes (+200°C). The cooled cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
