1. Open pie with vegetables

Ever need:

For the dough:

  • 200 g potatoes,
  • 25 g yeast,
  • 100 ml of milk,
  • 1 teaspoon sugar,
  • 200 g flour,
  • pinch of salt,
  • 1 egg.

For the filling:

  • 1 zucchini,
  • 0.5 leek stalks,
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes,
  • 70 g parsley,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 200 ml cream (33%),
  • 100 g grated cheese,
  • salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation:

  1. For the dough, peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. Dissolve yeast in milk, add sugar. Sift the flour and salt on top.
  2. Mash the potatoes, combine with the egg and flour mass. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour. For the zucchini filling, cut into circles, leeks-rings. Cut the tomatoes into halves, chop the greens.
  3. Roll out the dough and put it in the form, making the sides. Put the vegetables on top and sprinkle with parsley. Beat eggs with cream, salt and pepper, pour the filling, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes at + 190°C.

2. Red fish pie

Ever need:

For the dough:

  • 300 g flour,
  • pinch of salt,
  • 100 g butter,
  • 1 egg,
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream.

For filling and filling:

  • 400 g red fish fillet,
  • 0.5 small leek stalk,
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 400 ml cream 20% fat,
  • 100 g of cheese.

Preparation:

  1. Flour mixed with salt, chop with oil until crumbs. Mix the egg, sour cream and knead the dough. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. For the filling, cut the fish fillet into cubes. Roll out the dough and put it in a form. Cut the leeks into rings and lay them on the fish. Sprinkle with dill.
  3. Beat the eggs with cream, pour the fish with herbs, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for about 50 minutes at + 180°C. Let cool slightly and serve.

3. Quiche with brisket and tomatoes

Ever need:

On the form of 18 cm
For the dough:

  • 150 g flour,
  • 50 g cold butter,
  • 1 egg,
  • salt.

For the filling:

  • 150 g of cheese,
  • 50 g brisket,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 2-3 medium tomatoes,
  • 100-150 ml cream,
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, mix the flour with salt. Add the diced butter. Quickly chop into crumbs. Add the egg and knead the dough.
  2. Distribute the dough in the form and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. For the filling, cut the brisket and fry it in a dry pan. Cut the tomatoes into.
  3. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Mix the brisket with the cheese and tomatoes, add the eggs. Pour in the cream, salt and pepper and mix. Pour the mixture over the dough. Preheat the oven to + 180°C. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes.

4. Open Turkey pie

Ever need:

  • 300 g Turkey fillet,
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil,
  • 300 g pumpkin flesh,
  • 1 teaspoon dried Provencal herbs,
  • 150 g of oat flakes,
  • 160 g flour,
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 100 ml of kefir,
  • 100 g cheese,
  • 150 ml of heavy cream, salt.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the Turkey fillet, dry it well and cut it into small pieces. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, put the Turkey pieces and lightly brown on all sides.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into slices, add to the Turkey and simmer under the lid for 10 minutes. Season with salt, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, simmer for another 5 minutes and let cool.
  3. Mix oatmeal with flour and baking powder. Beat the egg with salt, pour in the yogurt and oil, mix well. Then combine with the flour mixture and knead the dough.

5. Seafood pie

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour,
  • 3 g dry yeast,
  • 120ml warm milk,
  • 1 egg,
  • pinch of salt.

For the filling:

  • 1 tbsp flour,
  • 150 ml cream,
  • 100 g sour cream,
  • 1 egg,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 250 g seafood mix,
  • 50 g cheese,
  • green onion,
  • nutmeg,
  • salt and pepper.

Preparation:

  1. Knead the dough and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours. Knead, put in the form. Onions, tomatoes cut. Grate the cheese.
  2. Beat cream, add sour cream, egg, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Mix the seafood, green onions and cheese.
  3. Put the mass on the dough. Top with tomatoes. Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at + 200°C.
