  1. Peel garlic, chop large cloves. Wash, dry and chop the dill. Wash cucumbers well and soak in cold water for 1 hour. Put together with garlic and dill in a saucepan.
  2. Prepare the brine: boil 2 liters of water. Add salt, currant leaves, mustard powder. Boil, strain.
  3. Pour the hot pickles, cover the pan with a clean towel, leave at room temperature for 5 hours, then remove to a cool place. Store ready-made pickles in the refrigerator.
