Everything in life happens for the first time. So it’s time for us to develop a new suburban area. Not much has been done yet. To begin with, we built a small house, but there are no special facilities in it. For example, there is no shower-this remarkable achievement of civilization.
Summer began with heat. After gardening, wash up Oh as necessary. Therefore, as a temporary camping option, I purchased a stand-alone mini-shower SMART WASHER SW-X1. In General, the manufacturer positions it as a portable shower for trips to nature, but it turned out that this is also a great option for novice summer residents.
The kit includes a submersible pump, a hose with a shower head, a charger and a set of fasteners. The instructions are also there, but everything is very simple, I did without it.
To begin with, I fixed the shower outside the house on the window-it hangs securely. With the help of a suction Cup, the shower head holder is also conveniently attached to the car window or other smooth surface. The kit also includes a hook that you can throw, for example, on a tree branch.
We pour water into a bucket, lower the pump there and turn it on. Done! Start of water treatments. Any bucket will do, but you can buy a 15-liter folding bucket on the website along with a shower. The water temperature is at your discretion: if you want — warm in the sun, if you want-with a kettle. The main thing is that it should not be higher than +60°C.
The shower can be charged from 220 V or any other source with a USB output (5 V, 1 A). As far as I have noticed, the network charges faster than other devices. The manufacturer guarantees operation from a charged built-in battery for 40-50 minutes. I honestly worked for 55 minutes, and the pressure was constant all the time, did not decrease. After mowing the grass on the site, my new useful acquisition really helped.
I was a little worried about the pump, whether it will be damaged by small debris that can get into a bucket of water at the dacha. However, I saw that the design provides a filter. It protects the device from dirt, and it is easy to remove and rinse under running water.
This manufacturer has another option for a stand-alone shower-SMART WASHER SW-X2. In it, the battery pack and the pump with the shower head are separated. That is, the power button is not in a bucket of water, but on a separate wire. You can hold it in your hand or attach it to the shower hose. This will add comfort to use, as well as help save warm water if you need it.
The mini shower was very comfortable. It is easy to charge, easy to hang or remove, and it takes up almost no space. Until something more capital appears at our dacha, I plan to use it.
