Purchased lavender oil is used for:

- inhalation-1-3 drops;
- bath – up to 7 drops;
- massage – 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Before using, make sure you are not allergic to it: apply 1-2 drops on your wrist — if there is no redness, lavender oil can be used.

Miraculous face tincture
- A bottle of dark glass is filled with petals of fully blossomed flowers, pour 70% alcohol so that it covers the petals on 2 fingers.
- Tightly close the neck of the tube, put in a dark cool place.

- Cast part in a separate bottle of dark glass, diluted with 2/3 cold boiled water. For oily skin tincture diluted with water in half.

After a busy day, you can take with such a decoction and a bath, only then take 100 g of fresh or 50 g of dry leaves on 2 liters of boiling water.

These fragrant beauties prefer damp places therefore it is better to plant them at a reservoir or at a summer column, a well. As accompanying or filling grasses, they will find their place in the mixborder not only in the open Sunny place, but also in partial shade.
Rosmarinus officinalis
My favorite Mediterranean plant. Along with lavender, it is always in my Arsenal of cosmetic anti-aging products.

Rosemary tincture for dry and normal skin
- In a bottle of dark glass pour a spoon of crushed dry raw materials, pour 200 ml of dry red wine (for dry and normal skin) or vodka (for oily).

- After 6 weeks, filtered through gauze, and tincture is ready.
- Store it in a cool dry place.
- Wipe the skin of the face and neck in the morning and evening.
Tincture of rosemary gives the skin elasticity and smoothes wrinkles.

Its borders are good on the southern sites (from time to time it is necessary to trim them sides). Rosemary can be introduced into flower beds as a background plant. The form ‘Prostratus’ is good to use as a basket shrub for the decoration of terraces, low stone walls.

Steam bath for face
- Dry raw sage (1 tablespoon) pour 1 liter of boiling water in a deep bowl.
- Covered with a lid, insist 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the lid, lean over the bowl, cover the head with a towel.
- Take a steam bath for 10-15 minutes.
To sage, you can add a whisper of lime color, chamomile flowers.
